A SPECIAL INVITATION TO THE HOME SCHOOL COMMUNITY:

Beginning this year, a special invitation is being extended to home school families. Our
objective in the class will be to reinforce the Christian truths you are already teaching in your
home. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend with their children.

A PERSONAL WORD:

My wife and I home schooled our twins until they reached their high school years, when we
enrolled them at Westside Christian High School. After their graduation, I was asked to teach
the senior Bible course at WCHS on “Christian World View,” developing the curriculum and
teaching it there for eight years.

For the past eight years, I have continued teaching this course to the junior and senior
classes at Horizon Christian High School every school morning. Twelve years ago, I also felt the
need to teach this class at church for the benefit of all those who wanted to participate, and
have been doing so ever since.

Simply stated, I have had many years to develop and refine this class, and am convinced
that the issues covered in this course are essential for Christians young and old alike. Every unit
in this class is presented with PowerPoint presentations to assist the learning process.
We are living in difficult times. Humanism is the dominant force in our secular world today.
Christians must stand for the truth, because the opposition is overwhelming. We must be
renewed in our minds according to the Word of God, or else we will be conformed to this
world (Romans 12:1-2). These are the only two options.

I cordially invite you and your home school youth to take this class. If you have any
questions, please contact me – and to register, simply email to let me know that you are
coming.
