July: “A Word from the Pastor”

prayThe Scriptures exhort us to “pray for one another” (James 5:16).

This is an important aspect of the ministry of the local church. As you consider your ministry at the Chapel, you should think first of prayer. The Lord has gathered us as a church to pray for the spiritual and physical needs of one another.

When you pray, remember to pray for the spiritual challenges that we all are facing.

We are always acquainted with physical needs, but our spiritual needs are the greatest. When you think of the struggle against the world, the flesh, and the devil, remember to pray for your own heart, your family, the individuals of the Chapel, and the ministry of the Chapel.

The Chapel Communique is designed to assist you in your prayers for the Chapel. Please pray! And let us know your requests for prayer so that we can pray more knowledgeably for you.
